Position – SLM
Location –Bangalore
Group- Sales
Functional Area:
Sales, CRM, Lead Management, Preferable if worked on Zoho/Sales Force CRM, strong in tele sales and email sales. Strong Communication skills, IT sales
Strong in sales, and understanding of lead management systems. Building, planning and executing a lead conversion model, strong CRM skills, building and following a strong follow up model.
- Understanding the various sales lead databases and building a sales system to contact them through calls/emails/Meets when ever necessary, and converting leads
- Learning the current CRM and building a strong hold on it.
- Sole responsibility of managing leads from all sources.
- Research on leads and sending out targeted communication calls or emails
- Building a follow up system, where in no lead is missed
- Judgment of setting up leads status, cold, warm, hot, converted
- Building sales reports for the organization
- Setting up and meeting targets
- Feedback on the type of leads and feedback to the marketing team , this feedback will help marketing stream their spends and focus on bettering the leads
- Setting up CRM rules for automatic follow ups and figuring out timelines and various touch points.
- Planning and building offer models for leads
- Meeting targets, in terms of converting leads in to accounts
